Planning approval granted for The Old Fire Station

Following the recent purchase of The Old Fire Station in Hebden Bridge, planning has been secured for a mixed use scheme comprising residential and retail units. The site which is situated on Hangingroyd Lane, next to the Market in the centre of Hebden Bridge, is ideally located for a scheme of this type.
The development will include 4,000 sq ft of retail space, 9 apartments and five, three storey townhouses.
The Old Fire Station will be developed by Eshton Gregory Ltd.
